now, i realize i'm literally trying to kill myself

1. i always sleep 3 hours maximum, everyday!
2. i don't have any regular eating habits,since the sem started, i've never eaten breakfast during weekdays, coz i tend to move slow around the house, so malalate na ko pag magbrebreakfast pa ako
on tuesdays, the first food that will come to my stomach is around 3 pm, dahil sunod sunod klase ko
my lunch-late, dnner-late
3. when i smoke, i tend to "over smoke", every morning, lagi ko ng hinahabol hininga ko! ayay! baka mamatay na lang ako dahil di ako nagising
4. when i drink, i go beyond the usual level! LAGI! haay!
5. i spend my time in front of the computer, excessively, net won't help my brain neither my acads (i know)

why am i still fat? because weekend is love! i tend to over eat during the weekends, lalo na pag bagong grocery! sarrap!!and i drink! such a couch potato! hahaha!

need to straighten things up!! shetness!
